About the Role

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual interested in legal and human resources work. As a Paralegal & HR Assistant, you’ll support legal documentation, HR administration, and compliance processes across the organization. This role combines legal review and HR operations in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes relevant to company operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Handle registration procedures, company changes, and submissions to courts and public institutions.
  • Provide legal support to all company departments.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain and update personnel records and employee files.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Track attendance, vacations, and other employee absences.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and training sessions for staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Faculty of Law).
  • Proficiency in English (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (HR experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of labor law and commercial law regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting U.S.–based clients.
  • Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Spanish).
  • Prior experience in transport/logistics customer service environments.
  • Familiarity with KPI-driven service environments.
