About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as the key point of contact for our clients and drivers, delivering responsive, accurate, and friendly support. You’ll help resolve inquiries, maintain client satisfaction, and collaborate with our operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients and drivers in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately record and track all interactions, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) to resolve full-cycle issues.
- Escalate major incidents or service gaps to supervisors, documenting impact and corrective action.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve service efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or benefits administration is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, including CRM platforms, claims processing tools, and member portals.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills to assist members effectively.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred, but not required.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting U.S.–based clients.
- Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Spanish).
- Prior experience in transport/logistics customer service environments.
- Familiarity with KPI-driven service environments.
