About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing high call volumes, and ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism and care. You’ll build lasting relationships with clients by providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and helping maintain JR Services’ commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate systems and tools.
  • Meet personal and team targets for customer service and call handling.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timeframes, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documents.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Service Agent.
  • Strong phone-handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to various personalities and communication styles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
