Who are our women? They are mothers and daughters, wives and sisters, partners and friends. They are writers and designers, entrepreneurs and marketers. They are strong, independent, powerful women—the kind that thrive even in the face of a male-dominated industry.

Most of our staff is female. We’re proud of that fact, because we know just how many women out there have been forced to play second fiddle in their careers, or hold it back altogether in order to be a full-time parent or caregiver.

But we don’t see things that way here. We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to shine in their career and life goals, which is why we’ve made it a priority to create the kind of environment where everyone can do just that—no matter their gender, race, religion, cultural background… you name it.
